Vehicle Axle Load Indicators

An on-board vehicle axle load indicator from KTD will help you to get the very most from your fleet, ensuring maximum return from every journey, without risking overloads.

Multi-drop loads, with their constantly changing weight distribution can easily catch drivers out leaving them at risk of an axle overload. A simple on-board axle load indicator from KTD will solve this problem, constantly displaying axle and gross weights throughout the day, enabling drivers to distribute their loads safely and legally at all times.

On-board vehicle axle load display

The on-board axle load indicator has a simple colour-coded display and no manual controls. No driver training, nothing for them to break. Optional outputs are available to vehicle tracking systems, and data storage.

Incorporating the latest technology, the on-board indicator provides individual axle and gross vehicle weights for 2-axle and 3-axle rigid vehicles from 3.5 tonne to 26 tonne GVW. Accurate to 2.5% (5% for 3-axle vehicles) of full scale reading, the system offers full protection from axle or gross overloads.

Whatever your fleet, whatever your load, we can fit the solution to help run your vehicles at maximum payload, within the law.
