We supply and install a lot of in-car entertainment here at KTD, ranging from MP3 / CD players to amplifier and subwoofer kits. So when we were asked to install a Satellite Navigation system with bluetooth and iPod functions, 4 new door speakers, a pair of 6 x 9 speakers on the parcel shelf and a custom made boot set-up including 2 amps and a 12" sub we didn't have any problems sorting it all out!
As Authorised dealers of Pioneer, Blaupunkt, JVC, Mutant, Radiomobile, Beat, QX and many more, we had a huge range of products available to choose from. This time the system was provided by Pioneer.
It took no time at all to get all the gear together - and there was a lot of it! You can see by the image on the right that it filled the boot of the Mazda 3! The list of hardware we installed in the Mazda is below:

As you can see from the second image on the right, we custom built the full boot set-up and made MDF boxes for the amplifiers and the subwoofer. We also re-constructed the parcel shelf so that we could fit the 6x9" speakers onto it.
After a few days the work was complete and the Mazda was looking good and sounding amazing! We fine tuned the sound to give the ultimate listening experience.
Usually when you have a pair of speakers, two amplifiers and a 12" boxed subwoofer put in your boot you have no more space for your shopping and you can't get to your spare wheel. But we mounted the amps and sub right back to give as much space as possible and then we installed a hatch for access to the spare wheel.
